INTRODUCTION : 
Kaduveli Siddhar was born in a village in Tindivanam and performed several miracles even at his younger age itself. He was a great devotee of Lord Shiva and Mata Parvati and has written many songs and sung in praise of them. He went to Thanjavur and Kanchipuram and performed severe meditation on Lord Shiva. He has done lot of wonders in the life of his devotees such as removing the evil spirits from the body of the devotees, giving sufficient energy in the mind and body, and giving spiritual lectures among the people.
According to him, one can attain SALVATION by spreading the importance of god, by doing meditation and by doing charitable activities for the welfare of the poor people. Through his grace, many couples were blessed with child, and his devotees are living a peaceful and disease free life. He insists the people to spend a portion of their money for doing goodness to the poor people, and asked them not to show enmity over others, and insists them to maintain patience throughout their life.
His Jeeva Samadhi is situated in a village in Thiruvarur District. Still now lot of people are visiting the holy shrine and getting benefited.
